★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos precios, sin embargo sus políticas las veo un poco absurdas...llegas y haces pedido, luego pagas, de ahí pasas almacén y de ahí te entregan pierdes media hora en ese proceso...deberían de hacer el servicio más fluido...ya que cuando andas trabajando el tiempo es oro
 Good prices, however, I see their policies a bit absurd ... you arrive and make an order, then you pay, then you go to the warehouse and they give you a half hour in that process ... they should make the service more fluid .. .you know that when you're working, time is money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos equipos y el unico inconveniente es que si el pago es con tarjeta te hacen un cobro elevando el monto a pagar y con esa situación te sale más barato comprar en otro lado.
Good equipment and the only drawback is that if the payment is by card they make a charge raising the amount to be paid and with that situation it is cheaper to buy elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pus la neta eso de q traen ratones los equipos a veces es verdad xq yo cuando instalé en mi casa un mini split por las noches se escuchaban ruidillos de ratoncillos y si mate como 2 o 3 ?tipo mineros de esos mini madre?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ en marzo me instalaron un miniesplit y no lo dieron de alta en internet como lo prometió el representante, y ahora dicen que no me preocupe porque con mi factura de compra y mi factura de servicio ellos me respaldan. en realidad hicieron que perdiera mi garantía extendida y hasta el numero de serie del equipo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré varios equipos, se tardaron más de dos semanas en instalarlos, uno de ellos resulta que era "armado" no funciona, no tiene garantía, no enviaron la factura y además los equipos tenían ratones, tuve que mandar a fumigar. Ni una estrella pero si no, no me deja comentar. Cuidado cuando les entreguen, chequen los números de serie

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venden equipos diversas marcas,buen precio a instaladores,pero se debe de dar alta con ellos a partir de la compra de 5 equipos y comprar constantemente con ellos para que se respete el precio,el servicio y atención es media.
