★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recurrí a este lugar a cambiar el parabrisas de mi auto porque la aseguradora me lo indicó y mi carro quedó peor. Rompieron el armazon que soporta el vidrio y quedó mal instalado. Además, originalmente me dijeron que esperara de 1:30 a 2 horas, y se demoraron 4 horas en hacer el trabajo. No lo recomiendo, no gasten su tiempo ni su dinero en este lugar.
I resorted to this place to change the windshield of my car because the insurance company told me to do so and my car was worse. They broke the frame that supports the glass and it was improperly installed. Also, I was originally told to wait 1:30 to 2 hours, and it took 4 hours to get the job done. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!!!! NO VAYAN, El asegurador del banco me cambió de proveedor y me mandó con este proveedor, inicialmente quedaron de cambiármelo un día martes asegurandome tenían el vidrio a lo que no fué así.
1. Me cambiaron 2 veces la fecha de entrega, MIENTEN.
2. Mi parabrisas cuenta con sensor de agua, al momento de la entrega me dijeron que no lo podían mojar por la reciente aplicación pero si surgía algo con gusto lo validaban, MIENTEN ya que en el momento en que nos percatamos que no servía el sensor nos comunicamos y su respuesta fue muy agresiva diciendo que de ninguna manera iban a revisarlo ya que desde que lo entregamos no tenía el sensor. OJO NUNCA entregan copia del check de tu vehículo.
3. Ya no contestan llamadas o te dicen que hagas lo que hagas no te lo van a cambiar
PESIMO SERVICIO NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT GO, The bank's insurer changed my supplier and sent me to this supplier, initially they agreed to change it for me on a Tuesday, assuring me they had the glass, which was not the case.
1. They changed my delivery date twice, THEY LIE.
2. My windshield has a water sensor, at the time of delivery they told me that they could not get it wet due to the recent application but if something came up they would gladly validate it, they LIE because at the moment we realized that the sensor did not work We communicated and their response was very aggressive saying that they were not going to check it in any way since since we delivered it it did not have the sensor. EYE NEVER deliver a copy of the check of your vehicle.
3. They no longer answer calls or tell you to do what you do, they will not change it
AWFUL SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL
