Todo el personal se negó a proporcionar los nombres para poner la queja. Le pedí que respondiera con su póliza de responsabilidad y se negó porque se " quemaría". Tengan cuidado, no son asesores, lo engañan a uno fingiendo una falsa Amistad. Cuiden su patrimonio. No los van a protejer. Solo pido justicia, que el Sr Mario Oropeza, tenga el valor de responder por irresponsabilidad y negligencia con su póliza de responsabilidad para resarcir las pérdidas que ocasionó este siniestro.
