★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el área de reservaciones te atienden súper mal, no tienen conocimiento de lo que ofrecen en Groupon y no te quieren respetar lo que compraste; la manera en que te atienden en especial la Srita. Lucia Contreras y Francisco Valentín es pésima, no tienen empatía con el cliente y no te solucionan nada. Yo sugiero que tengan mejor calidad porque es área de atención al cliente. Al momento en que quieres hablar con el encargado del área nunca te lo pasan y te dicen que se va a comunicar en mi caso un tal Saúl Campos pero hasta dos días después.

A mi llegada todo parecía bien, pero me dieron la habilitación 623, la cual su regadera no cerraba bien la puerta y toda se inundaba. Era un fastidio pisar el charco cada que hiba al baño, las sábanas y almohadas olían horrible. El estacionamiento con excelente seguridad, pero no es posible que además de pagar el servicio de estacionamiento, los vigilantes te ofrezcan un lugar cerca de la puerta a cambio de dinero.
Unfortunately it was nothing of what they sold me (travel price). Upon my arrival, everything seemed fine, but I was given the 623 rating, which did not close the door properly and the whole flooded. It was a pain to step into the puddle every time I went to the bathroom, the sheets and pillows smelled horrible. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me es grato compartir la experiencia en este hotel ya que desde la llegada hasta la salida de mi estancia la atención del personal fue excelente en general ,resaltó la seguridad que existe dentro y en la playa del hotel , buena limpieza y un ambiente muy familiar. Pude introducir mis refrescos y botanas con plena libertad.
Lo recomiendo espero volver pronto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, hace 5 años fui y era un hotel muy bueno pasamos unas vacaciones inolvidables, pero el Miercoles 13 y Jueves 14 del mes de Mayo 2021 nuestra estancia ahí fue horrible, en las albercas había gente con bocinas con alto volumen, hieleras llenas de cerveza que compran en el oxxo de la esquina e introducen al hotel, personas bebiendo y en la zona de playa peor parecía que estaba en tepetongo varias bocinas con música en alto volumen gente bebiendo HORRIBLE para mi paso de ser un hotel de r estrellas a uno de 1 salimos huyendo no volvemos a regresar
Very bad experience, 5 years ago I went and it was a very good hotel we had an unforgettable vacation, but on Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14 of May 2021 our stay there was horrible, in the pools there were people with loud speakers, full coolers of beer that they buy at the oxxo on the corner and introduce to the hotel, people drinking and in the worst beach area it seemed that I was in tepetongo several speakers with loud music people drinking HORRIBLE for my step from being a r-star hotel to one of 1 we run away we never come back
