Tienen FALTA DE HIGIENE, no cambian y no esterilizan los instrumentos de un paciente a otro, los vasos desechables los enjuagan y los dan al siguiente paciente. Tiene falta de limpieza en el consultorio y en su mobiliario. NO LO RECOMIENDO, NO SE EXPONGAN A INFECCIONES. UN ASCO DE LUGAR Y DE DOCTOR ????. Di la queja en el call center no les importoó, ni a ellos ni al encargado de esa sucursal, a quien no le importó que lo exponga en redes. NO VAYAN !!!! PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN Y SERVICIO ???
"DENTALIA SUCURSAL MIYANA POLANCO" This is an ASCO. ???? They have a lack of hygiene, they do not change and they do not sterilize the instruments from one patient to another, the disposable cups are rinsed and given to the next patient. There is a lack of cleanliness in the office and its furniture. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, DO NOT EXPOSE TO INFECTIONS. AN ASCO OF PLACE AND DOCTOR ????. I gave the complaint in the call center did not care, neither to them nor to the manager of that branch, who did not care to expose it in networks. DO NOT GO !!!! LOUD ATTENTION AND SERVICE ???

El servicio no vale el precio. Pensaba que era una clínica más seria y profesional pero no es así. Las citas nunca son puntuales. Te hacen esperar hasta 20 o hasta 30 minutos. El costo de los servicios es mucho más caro que clínicas similares. Y la calidad es igual o peor. En mi caso se equivocaron en la medida de una corona y tuvieron que hacerme una muestra nueva. Y llevo más de 3 meses esperando una solución a mi caso por que no me han hecho la aplicación de la corona que te cobran por adelantado. Estoy considerando hacer una denuncia en PROFECO.
Además, en la primera consulta de valoración se pueden tardar hasta 4 horas en darte el costo del tratamiento, por que solo hay un dentista que se encarga de decirte eso para todos los pacientes.

The service is not worth the price. I thought it was a more serious and professional clinic but it is not. Appointments are never on time. They make you wait up to 20 or even 30 minutes. The cost of services is much more expensive than similar clinics. And the quality is the same or worse. In my case they made a mistake in the measurement of a crown and they had to make me a new sample. And I have been waiting for a solution for my case for more than 3 months because they have not applied the crown that they charge you in advance. I am considering filing a report with PROFECO.
In addition, in the first evaluation consultation it can take up to 4 hours to give you the cost of the treatment, because there is only one dentist who is responsible for telling you that for all patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en la sucursal de Plaza la Victoria Queretaro. 40 minutos de espera después de mi cita. Es una falta de respeto y la gente del mostrador con su risa burlona.
En fin @dentalia pésimo servicio. No vuelvo
Terrible service at the Plaza la Victoria Queretaro branch. 40 minute wait after my appointment. It is disrespectful and the people at the counter with their mocking laughter.
