★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les importa poco el cliente, y entregan los paquetes cuando les da la gana, pésima logística o Bien el personal que se encarga de las entregas es gente totalmente irresponsable, en atención a clientes se escudan con nombres falsos y no aceptan sus errores, siempre es culpa del cliente y no dan ninguna solución.
 They do not care much about the customer, and they deliver the packages when they feel like it, lousy logistics or Well the personnel in charge of the deliveries are totally irresponsible people, in customer service they hide behind false names and do not accept their mistakes, it is always fault of the client and they do not give any solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No solo no hacen bien su trabajo si no que además NO puedes protestar, no te puedes quejar, no tienen una página donde elevar una queja como tienen otras oficinas de DHL en el mundo. En México es imposible elevar una queja. te tratan mal, te ignoran, pero eso sí, a la hora de cobrarte el dinero, ahí sí no hay error. Mejor coticen otras opciones.
Not only do they not do their job well, but you can NOT protest, you cannot complain, they do not have a page to file a complaint like they have in other DHL offices in the world. In Mexico it is impossible to file a complaint. They treat you badly, they ignore you, but yes, when it comes to charging you money, there is no mistake. Better quote other options.
