He terminado mi financiamiento con esta empresa, NADA recomendable te cobran anticipadamente, el ultimo pago me lo cobraron DOBLE y no dan respuesta clara sobre el reembolso, de los pagos realizados te llaman para cobrarte cuando ya les has pagado, NO respetaron la garantía y la atención es pésima.
I have finished my financing with this company, NOTHING recommended they charge you in advance, the last payment they charged me DOUBLE and they do not give a clear answer about the refund, of the payments made they call you to charge you when you have already paid them, they did NOT respect the guarantee and the Attention is lousy.

Que pésimo Servicio de atención al cliente Dinamo, desde el día viernes pretendo agendar una cita para servicio de 500 km, me piden que la realize por la App y no dan respuesta solo mandan correo de que se comunicaran, marco por teléfono a la agencia nunca contestan siempre ocupado, voy a la agencia no esta la persona y solo ella puede hacer citas, que pcoa madre tienen, tuve que pedir permiso un día para solo hacer ese trámite y aun así estoy esperando por que no ahí quien solucione, algo tan sencillo como una cita, y ahora ya se paso el kilometraje por su culpa 5 días y no ahí forma de sacar una cita que poca madre.
What a lousy Dinamo customer service, since Friday I intend to schedule an appointment for a 500 km service, they ask me to do it through the App and they do not give an answer, they only send an email to communicate, I never dial the agency by phone they always answer busy, I go to the agency the person is not there and only she can make appointments, what a mother they have, I had to ask for permission one day to just do that procedure and even so I am waiting because there is no one to solve it, something so simple as an appointment, and now the mileage has already passed 5 days because of him and there is no way to make an appointment that little mother.
