★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me entregaron el paquete una semana después de que me lo enviaron, y venía maltratado, no tienen control de los envíos, quise rastrear el paquete y ni ellos sabían en dónde estaba porque no tenían el registro en su sistema, tardaron 3 días en darme una respuesta. Cuando apareció, fui a recogerlo y tenían registrado que llegó una semana antes, es decir, pareciera que si se entregó en tiempo en la sucursal y yo no fui a recogerlo, lo que no es verdad, ya que yo fui dos veces antes. Si van a usar esta paquetería tomen sus precauciones, a mí me urgía el paquete y fue muy mala opción elegir este servicio.
Terrible service, they gave me the package a week after they sent it to me, and it was mistreated, they don't have control of the shipments, I wanted to track the package and they didn't even know where it was because they didn't have the record in their system, it took 3 days in giving me an answer. When it appeared, I went to pick it up and they had a record that it arrived a week before, that is, it seems that it was delivered on time at the branch and I did not go to pick it up, which is not true, since I went twice before. If you are going to use this package, take your precautions, I was urged by the package and it was a very bad option to choose this service.
