Les compré piso laminado y lo instalaron terrible, clavos salidos, desperdiciaron tablas con recortes incorrectos y mordisqueados, el sobre piso salido, y cuando se les indico después de 2 visitas para corregirlo dijeron que ya no me podían dar gusto!!! Estaba más interesado en que les liquidará $2000 pesos que faltaban! Me dejaron colgado para corregir.
Argumentando que lo que quería era no liquidar. Finalmente fui y liquide su trabajo de "chambitas", su ingeniero es bueno para eso para "chambitas", no es un profesional.
Pésimo servicio y atención.
Terrible service, very bad attention. I bought laminate flooring from them and they installed it terrible, nails sticking out, wasted boards with incorrect cuts and nibbles, the overlay sticking out, and when I told them after 2 visits to fix it they said they couldn't please me anymore!!! He was more interested in paying them $2000 pesos that were missing! They left me hanging to correct.
Arguing that what he wanted was not to liquidate. I finally went and liquidated his work for "chambitas", his engineer is good at that for "chambitas", he is not a professional.
Terrible service and attention.
