★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haciendo un estudio de los grandes corporativos encontramos que este es el #2 en las peores empresas para trabajar.
Lamentable que a sus trabajadores los exploten de 9 am a 9 pm, les cobren 50 pesos por retardo "para no subirles falta", sus sueldos son miseros y para colmo les exigen altos resultados o los amenazan con cambiarlos de zona, no les dan vacaciones cuando ellos las quieren, si intentan exigir sus derechos van directo del corporativo a amenazarlos, grados de estrés y frustración por los cielos, además de regaños y reclamos en vez de motivación.
Ojalá la gente se diera cuenta de cuanto abusan de sus empleados y dejara de acudir con ustedes. O los empleados dejen de ser peones.
LA PEOR EMPRESA PARA TRABAJAR, ASEGURAN LOS ESPECIALISTAS.
Definitivamente su misión, visión y valores son inhumanos.

It is unfortunate that their workers are exploited from 9 am to 9 pm, they charge 50 pesos for delay "so as not to lack them," their salaries are miserable, and to top it all they demand high results or they threaten to change their area, they do not give them vacations when they want them, if they try to demand their rights they go directly from the corporate to threaten them, degrees of stress and frustration in the skies, in addition to scolding and complaining instead of motivation.
I wish people would realize how much they abuse their employees and stop going with you. Or the employees stop being pawns.
