There is something for everyone, from quietly laying on the beach to dancing at a nightclub, and many activities for adults and children. There's a small market for fruits & veggies, an upscale jewelry store and clothing store.

I am giving this property a 3 because they have couple of opportunities to improve. Resort is beautiful and very big, overall very well maintained and with lots of entertainment for couples and families. Nevertheless, there is a lot of delay to get transportation within the hotel in the golf cars, there is always people complaining about waiting times that can go up to 15 min. Also, all the food and drinks are really overpriced, I understand it's a luxury property, but prices are way too high in comparison to high end restaurants in the town. Finally, they need to improve the check in process, we arrived late on Friday night and had to wait for 1 hour to complete check in. The impressive thing is that we only had about 7 people in the line ahead of us, we couldn't understand why it would take them so long to complete check in. I guess it was because they are trying to convince you to join their free resort tour where they try to sell the timeshare option. We had a great experience and very nice stay, but definitely they have opportunities to work on

It was an amazing experience for my family because of the stunning views Grupo Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta has to offer for kids and grown-ups alike

Vidanta Resorts are awesome. My wife and I had a great time. The o lay thing I did t like was the sales presentation and that it takes four hours to say no. My fault though, they offered me a room upgrade and 20% off everything if I just went for two hours.

We spent three wonderful weeks at the Vidanta Grande Luxxe at Puerto Vallarta. The accommodation was indeed luxurious, and the service we received, especially from our concierge Anika was supberb. The resort grounds are expansive, with many pools and around twenty restaurants. All of those we dined at were excellent. Vidanta employs a lot of people, and all of them are well schooled in customer service and relations.
