★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima tienda. Compre un producto seguiendo la orientanción del vendedor pero la dimensión estaba incorrecta, regrese a la tienda y no aceptaron el cambio, ni siquiera habia abierto el empaque. Informe que iba a comprar mas cosas en la tienda y tampoco aceptaran.
Edit para respuesta al proprietario: El cupon de la compra informa que es la sucursal M13.
 Lousy store. I bought a product following the guidance of the seller but the dimension was incorrect, I returned to the store and they did not accept the change, I had not even opened the packaging. Report that I was going to buy more things in the store and they will not accept either.
Edit for response to the owner: The purchase coupon informs that it is the M13 branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recientemente compre unas salpicaderas y resulta que no las puedo usar porque me falta una pieza y al reclamar dicen que no hay cambios ni devoluciones. Deberían de revisar la mercancía junto con el cliente para evitar estos inconvenientes.
I recently bought some fenders and it turns out that I cannot use them because I am missing a piece and when claiming they say that there are no changes or refunds. They should review the merchandise together with the customer to avoid these inconveniences.

Tratan a los clientes como si estos fueran a pedir regalado.
Es importante que los capaciten en Servicios al cliente.
Personalmente, no regreso a esa tienda a comprar.
It is a very large and well-stocked store but the staff that attends it IS AWFUL.
They treat customers as if they were going to ask for gifts.
It is important that they are trained in Customer Services.
Personally, I don't go back to that store to buy.

Gran variedad de bicicletas, accesorios y refacciones en la calle de San Pablo. Si no encuentras lo que buscas, seguro lo topas en los puestos de la calle o en otros locales.
La entrega es un poco lenta pero vale la pena esperar.
