★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre hay fallas en los datos de contacto, cuando no anotan mal la dirección, anotan mal el número y uno como cliente se queda en espera de un pedido que no llega o llega a la hora que ya no sirve. Muy mal servicio de atención a clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene una pésimo servicio al cliente, nunca toman datos correctos. Escriben mal el teléfono de contacto o escriben mal la dirección, pero siempre hay una falla y uno se queda en espera del servicio. Cuando llegan después de varias llamadas ya es demasiado tarde.
They have lousy customer service, they never take correct data. They misspell the contact telephone number or they misspell the address, but there is always a fault and one is left waiting for the service. When they arrive after several calls it is already too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas lo haría. Hice un pedido de una pipa a las 6 pm, dijeron que me la mandaban en ese momento. Dieron las 8, volví a llamar y me dijeron que ahora si, ya la mandaban. Me dieron las 11 pm esperando y nunca llegó. Que mal que jueguen así con el tiempo de la gente.
Terrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a pipe at 6 pm, they said they would send it to me at that time. They gave 8, I called again and they told me that now yes, they already sent it. I got the 11pm waiting and it never came. Too bad they play like that with people's time.
