★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue la peor compañia que pude contratar!! para los pagos son muy eficientes te recuerdan tu pago antes de que se vensa pero cuando tienes un problema no te dan solución tengo casi 20 días sin internet ni canales me cambiaron los cables hace más de dos meses para fibra óptica y desde ese día no tengo servicio los e reportado por teléfono y solo te mienten fui a sucursal y es lo mismo no me dan solución van los técnicos a mi domicilio y solo toman fotos y pasan el reporte como si ya estuviera solucionado solucionando
It was the worst company I could hire !! for payments they are very efficient they remind you of your payment before it is due but when you have a problem they do not give you a solution I have almost 20 days without internet or channels they changed my cables more than two months ago for fiber optics and since that day I have no I service them reported by phone and they only lie to you I went to the branch and it is the same they do not give me a solution, the technicians go to my home and they only take photos and pass the report as if it were already solved solving
