★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por meses estuve esperando a que me ayudaran con la reservación de mis boletos de avión (desde octubre) y el asesor que me estaba atendiendo se fue y me canalizó con la gerente Karen Navarrete de la sucursal de Lindavista para que según le diera seguimiento a mi solicitud y es hasta la fecha que no me ha dado respuesta de todos los correos que le he mandado, ni siquiera para canalizarme con alguien o que lo va o está revisando y por teléfono tampoco dan solución porque dicen que solo es con el asesor aunque en mi caso ya no tenga ? por ningún medio responden ni por redes sociales tampoco muestran interés por darte atención y respuesta no hay forma ni medio que den solución a mi problema creo que solo mediante PROFECO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por desgracia para vender son muy buenos y efectivos pero si tienes algun problema y no puedes viajar, seguro será un tramite muy tedioso el reembolso, dejan de contestar y se esconden para no reembolsarte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía un viaje a Europa por 22 días, pagado en efectivo desde hace más de 2 años, en diciembre del 2021 me pongo intenso de cuando me realizarán mi reembolso o cuando será la fecha del viaje. Ellos le echan la culpa a otros proveedores que "no quieren viajar" cuando ellos son los encargados, llevo meses solicitando el reembolso, no hay personal capacitado, y el personal que contesta dice que no es el área correspondiente. Estoy a punto de realizar una demanda formal ante la profeco y las instancias correspondientes, quien guste unirse para hacer una demanda colectiva, con gusto contácteme. ESTA EMPRESA ES INFORMAL, NO CUMPLE Y SOLO BUSCA UN BENEFICIO PROPIO. NO CONTRATEN CON ELLOS.
