Las oficinas que alberga son muy calurosas debido a que el sol impacta por la parte frontal la mayor parte del día, además de que el aire acondicionado no es el mejor. Cabe mencionar que muchos de los lugares de trabajo no tienen acceso a una ventana. Abajo del edificio hay dos locales, uno de Domino´s y otro de Farmacias Similares.
Nice building, but with some deficiencies. The offices it houses are very hot because the sun hits the front most of the day, in addition to the air conditioning is not the best. It should be mentioned that many of the work places do not have access to a window. Below the building there are two premises, one of Domino's and another of Pharmacies.
