★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contrates crédito automotriz. A pesar de que es de Santander no te pueden atender en ninguna sucursal únicamente por teléfono hasta para pagar el crédito. El servicio telefonico es deficiente ya que no cuenta con opción para este tipo de crédito. Te tardan en contestar y las transferencias al área correspondiente son interminables y eso que fue para pagarles. Y sin mencionar las llamadas que recibes por intento de fraude desde superlinea desde que contratas el crédito. El peor banco por mucho.
 Do not take out auto credit. Although it is from Santander they cannot assist you in any branch only by phone even to pay the credit. The telephone service is deficient since it does not have an option for this type of credit. They take you to answer and the transfers to the corresponding area are endless and that was to pay them. And not to mention the calls you receive for attempted fraud from the superline since you contract the loan. The worst bank by far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO BANCO, SON SUPER LENTOS EN LAS SUCURSALES, SU APLICACION NO FUNCIONA NO MANDA LOS CODIGOS DE SEGURIDAD. SUS CAJEROS SIEMPRE DESCOMPUESTOS, TE PIDE MILES DE CONTRASEÑAS PARA TODO. ME DA ASCO ESTE BANCO. SOLO POR SER NOMINA DE LO CONTRARIO INMEDIATAMENTE CANCELARIA.
PESIMO BANCO, THEY ARE SUPER SLOW IN THE BRANCHES, THEIR APPLICATION DOES NOT WORK IT DOES NOT SEND THE SECURITY CODES. ITS ATMs ALWAYS DECOMPOSED, ASKS FOR THOUSANDS OF PASSWORDS FOR EVERYTHING. THIS BANK DISGUSTES ME. ONLY FOR BEING PAYROLL OTHERWISE IMMEDIATELY CANCELED.

En sucursal Perisur para abrir cuenta de nómina a la 1 de la tarde ya no tienen plásticos como es posible osea q los piden hasta que se les acaban

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, horrible servicio, eviten éste banco...esta gente me abrió mi cuenta de nómina y todo iba bien hasta hace unos días cuando así de la nada la página de internet (dónde checo mis saldos y movimientos) me notifica que mis datos están incorrectos (domicilio, nombre, etc) y que mi cuenta será bloqueada..
(Que tontería: acaban de corroborar mis datos e insisten que son incorrectos y bloquean mi cuenta de nómina)...ok si éso quieren me voy a otro banco. ??♂️
Terrible, horrible service, avoid this bank ... these people opened my payroll account and everything was fine until a few days ago when out of nowhere the website (where I check my balances and movements) notifies me that my data is incorrect (address, name, etc.) and that my account will be blocked.
(What nonsense: they have just corroborated my data and insist that they are incorrect and they block my payroll account) ... ok if they want to, I'm going to another bank. ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El edificio es muy estético por dentro y por fuera, es de fácil acceso ya que está a pie de carretera y a un costado de plaza patio Santa Fe, un excelente lugar para trabajar, la seguridad y control por covid muy eficiente.
