Es comprensible que todo el planeta tierra esta plagado de este virus, pero no es motivo para negar el servicio de los estudios que se requieren (si van a negar el servicio; entonces no se anuncien como laboratorio); los estudios son fundamentales para determinar el avance de esta enfermedad; estos estudios se realizan para atender a tiempo y prevenir los daños; salvar vidas, es una pena que te digan que no te pueden atender por tener síntomas de covid o por ser portador de covid.

Buenas tardes grupo quiero contarles la desagradable experiencia que pase en la CLÍNICA DE ESPECIALIDADES CORPUS CHRISTI de MIXQUIAHUALA para que a nadie más le pase lo que a mí hace algunas semana fui a tomarle unos rayos X a un familiar estos los realizó el día miércoles y se los presento a mi médico especialista el día lunes de la siguente semana mi médico me comenta que los rayos X están mal ya que no son nítidos ni viéndolos con el negatoscopio, acudo a la clínica un día martes para ver qué procede ya que el problema es por parte de la clínica, la señorita de oficina me dice que si, que efectivamente el equipo de rayos X se descompuso y que eran concientes de que las placas que se me entregaron no estaban bien, me comenta que no se me puede devolver mi dinero, ya que fue bastante dinero pero, me da la opción de esperar a que se componga el equipo para nuevamente tomarcelos lo cual accedo ya que creí que no demoraría el problema, así insistimos por dos semanas en estar yendo y marcar para saber si ya servían ya que por medio de eso tenían que Diagnosticar a mi familiar para nosotros como para muchas personas la salud es lo primordial y al ver qué después de dos semana de espera no hacían nada acudí nuevamente a hablar de la manera más educada y atenta con la señorita de oficina y le comento que ya era mucho el tiempo de espera y mi familiar seguía sin ser diagnósticada ya que la economía no se presta como para ir con otro médico a tomarles los rayos x que almenos me regresara el dinero invertido ya que ellos mismos habían aceptado que fue la culpa del hospital la cuál me responde de una manera muy prepotente que no se podía más que una mitad del dinero que ademas para que no entre con mi paciente a la hora de que le tomaron las placas y porque no las revise antes, que ese ya era problema mio, a lo poco o mucho que yo se, una persona no puede entrar junto con su familiar a tomarse los rayos X y yo no los revise ya que no soy especialista en eso, que acaso la clínica no tiene un radiólogo el cual podría haberse fijado en eso, acaso no son profesionales por algo uno confía en su profesionalismo, sin mencionar que en ningún momento la señorita me menciono que no había rembolso o que la clínica no se hacía responsable sobre su trabajo, la señorita me comenta que nesecitaba que mi especialista fuera hasta la clínica a decir el porque no servían sus placas lo cual le comento que como todo médico el cobraría de un honorario acaso la clínica le iba a pagar, me responde y me dice que entonces nesecitaba un papel firmado por mi especialista donde el diga el porque no sirven las placas cuando era obvio. Yo con toda confianza le dije que sabía que esa clínica manejaba un traumatólogo que si ella gustaba que se las mostrará para ver qué les decía su especialista. para no hacérselas más de largo acudo esta semana y me dice que no que ya no nesecitaba nada de mi médico que lo único con lo que la clínica me iba a rembolsar eran con 800 pesos ni la cuarta parte de lo que yo pagué, que ya había pasado mucho tiempo que porque no fui luego luego la señorita de pocos valores se da la vuelta y me deja con la palabra en la boca y se fue por el dinero que poco profesionalismo tienen. CUIDADO GENTE NO LES VALLA A PASAR LO MISMO QUE A MI Y LES SALGAN CON LO MISMO AL PARECER HACE FALTA EMPATÍA Y ENTENDER QUE TODOS EN ALGÚN MOMENTO SEREMOS PACIENTE!!!
