Ahora 20 años después me entero al tratar de vender la propiedad y en la notaría rechazan cualquier responsabilidad siendo que en los gastos de escrituración el costo del registro me lo cobraron. Cuidado si su escritura es de está notaría.
I have a deed that was processed in this notary and never made the registration in the Public Registry of Property. Now 20 years later I find out when trying to sell the property and at the notary office they reject any responsibility being that in the deed expenses the cost of the registration charged me. Be careful if your writing is of this notary.
