Cuando llegas por tu auto, con la documentación completa, tardan 2.5 horas en entregartelo. ¡Por cualquier cosa buscan estafarte! Ojo, cuando te entregan el auto, crean un caos para distraerte y que no revises. Con el pretexto del covid, sólo una persona puede pasar por el auto y aprovechan para no darte tiempo de revisar. Te tratan cómo delincuente y no cómo cliente.
Absolutely EVERYTHING possible is stolen from the car and there is no way to claim! They don't put stamps on it like in CDMX. When you arrive by your car, with the complete documentation, it takes 2.5 hours to deliver it to you. For anything they want to scam you! Be careful, when they give you the car, they create chaos to distract you and not check. Under the pretext of the covid, only one person can go through the car and they take the opportunity to not give you time to review. They treat you as a criminal and not as a customer.
