Me iban diciendo todo lo que pasaba y desde el inicio me explicaron muchas cosas legales (algo que otros corredores de bienes raíces no hicieron conmigo) y su plan para vender mi casa. Su comisión
no me pareció cara por todo lo que hicieron y porque la pude deducir de impuestos con mi contadora.
Me convencieron de firmar un contrato de exclusiva con ellos y fue lo mejor que pude hacer. ¡Un millón de gracias!

They are excellent! The best real estate agency I have ever known. It was a great experience. I felt that we worked together and they really took care of everything to sell my house in La Herradura.
They were telling me everything that was happening and from the beginning they explained many legal things (something that other realtors did not do with me) and their plan to sell my house. Your commission
I did not find it expensive for everything they did and because I could deduct it from taxes with my accountant.
They convinced me to sign an exclusive contract with them and it was the best I could do. A million thanks!
