★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empresa Petróleos Mexicanos donó este edificio en Coatzacoalcos a la autoridad federal del Corredor Interoceánico del Istmo de Tehuantepec y al Ferrocarril del Istmo para la instalación de sus oficinas centrales que ya están en operación.
Se trata de un edificio de tres plantas con amplios espacios de estacionamientos que abarcan media cuadra, ubicada entre las calles de Lerdo y Corregidora, con la avenida Revolución en plena zona centro de la ciudad y puerto.
Este bien inmueble estaba en posesión de PEMEX y permanecía ocioso, era destinado a hospedar a personal de la empresa petrolera. Al lado, están las casas residenciales de PEMEX donde vivía anteriormente el Superintendente de Pemex Petroquímica.
Hoy esta propiedad es administrada directamente por el Corredor Interoceánico del Istmo de Tehuantepec que administra Rafael Marín Mollinedo.
El pasado 29 de enero de este 2021, el Gobierno Federal concluyó los trabajos de rehabilitación de este edificio con sede en Coatzacoalcos el cual alojará al personal administrativo y operativo para proporcionar el seguimiento y exhaustiva vigilancia de los trabajos realizados para el Ferrocarril del Istmo de Tehuantepec, S.A. de C.V.
Los trabajos de rehabilitación de este edificio del Corredor Interoceánico del Istmo de Tehuantepec y del Ferrocarril del Istmo fueron con recursos del ejercicio fiscal 2020 .
Para este año, el Corredor Interoceánico tendrá un presupuesto de alrededor 3 mil 509 millones de pesos de la Federación.
 The Petróleos Mexicanos company donated this building in Coatzacoalcos to the federal authority of the Interoceanic Corridor of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec and to the Isthmus Railway for the installation of its central offices that are already in operation.
It is a three-story building with ample parking spaces that cover half a block, located between the streets of Lerdo and Corregidora, with Avenida Revolución in the heart of the city center and port.
This real estate was in the possession of PEMEX and remained idle, it was destined to host the personnel of the oil company. Next to it are the PEMEX residential houses where the Pemex Petroquímica Superintendent previously lived.
Today this property is managed directly by the Interoceanic Corridor of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec managed by Rafael Marín Mollinedo.

For this year, the Interoceanic Corridor will have a budget of around 3,509 million pesos from the Federation.
