Me ha tocado personal q es muy quisquilloso en cuanto al embalaje y para q puedas hacer tu envío tienes q ajustarte a sus requerimientos... Si no quieres lidiar con estos detalles puedes usar otros servicios de paquetería obviamente a mayores costos. It fulfills the objective to send correspondence or parcels at economic prices. Tristemente no les gusta hacer sus trabajos y ponen excusas de a montón. Sólo he tenido malas experiencias con esta sucursal en especifico The saltpeter postman is pushy, rude and impolite. He was quite haughty on the phone. Sadly, they don't like doing their jobs and they make excuses a lot. I have only had bad experiences with this specific branch

Soy menor de edad y mis paquetes nunca llegaron a mi domicilio, fui a preguntar cómo es que podía recogerlos y la doña me lo dijo de tan mala forma, espero y que tenga su merecido la señora por tan mal servicio :/ Apart from the fact that the facilities are terrible, the service of the people who work there is deplorable, more than one lady I see who all have the same problem. I am a minor and my packages never arrived at my home, I went to ask how I could pick them up and the lady told me in such a bad way, I hope and that the lady gets what she deserves for such bad service:/

Una sucursal tan pobre y descuidada que da pena. Cómo está señora que está enferma de verdad. Me aventó el paquete y el INE, obvio cuando ya tuve mis cosas le reclamé. Cómo era posible que fuera tan incompetente, grosera e ignorante a esas horas de la mañana. No me dio su nombre pero la voy a reportar. Además viendo los otros comentarios, se que no soy la única!.
