Pésimo servicio! Los repartidores ni siquiera se molestan en tocar y simplemente te dejan el aviso, llevo días esperándolos,no salgo porque vienen y nada! Que mal servicio, no vuelvo a utilizar este medio

Buen servicio a pesar de que les ha aumentado el trabajo con la cuarentena. Hay una mesa y sillas para que envuelvas tu paquete cómo te dicen ahí. Ahí mismo puedes comprar el papel para envolver tu paquete. No es caro enviar paquetes o cartas y llegan a veces antes de lo previsto. A veces hay muchas cajas de gente que las deja ahí y se ve un poco mal.

Muy mala experiencia, se roban los paquetes, nunca contestan llamadas , llame varias veces y nunca contestan .

Si vas a enviar un paquete no lo lleves cerrado, también trata que la caja no tenga ninguna impresión de ser así voltea la caja. Y lleva cosas para finalizar tu empaquetado como cita canela. Recomiendo esta sucursal que las otras, es la mejor. Si tu producto cuesta más 1400 y es internacional es probable que te toque aduana, no es culpa de correos de Mexico te van a cobrar 16% a 20% aproximadamente para que lo consideres. Siempre lleva tu INE y si no puedes destina una carta poder a quien lo va a recoger. Los envíos tardan 7 a 15 días en ser enviado y depende mucho la temporada en diciembre por ejemplo van a tardar más y siempre ponlo con el código de rastreo. Siempre te recomiendo estar revisando el estatus de tu paquete, a través de la página

Muy mal servicio telefónico, jamás contestan , aparte voy a preguntar por algún paquete y me dicen que no saben que le pregunte al que reparte, a ver si el sabe algo, y en otras ocasiones se los entrega a cualquier persona, sin pedirles identificación, y varias veces ni los entrega se los queda el repartidor.
