★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No pude enviar nada, ni sobres ni cajas que porque no le puedo poner cinta a los sobres para sellarlos, y las cajas como tenían espacio extra, debía rellenarlas. Tomen en cuenta esto por si quieren enviar algo en esa oficina, porque yo de plano no. Perdí mi tiempo envolviendo mis paquetes para nada.
 I couldn't send anything, neither envelopes nor boxes because I can't tape the envelopes to seal them, and since the boxes had extra space, I had to fill them. Take this into account in case you want to send something to that office, because I flat out don't. I wasted my time wrapping my packages for nothing.

Uuuf nefarious service, they demand that one bring a pen due to a pandemic and they ask for your credential .... very congruent, no? They did not want the one behind to lend me the pen, hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención, persona que atiende sin actitud de servicio. Tiempo de espera altísimo (y no es por la pandemia), contestan de mal humor. Instalaciones viejas y deterioradas.
Very bad attention, person who attends without service attitude. Very high waiting time (and it is not because of the pandemic), they answer in a bad mood. Old and dilapidated facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muchos se quejan por ir sin informarse, esto no es un servicio de mensajería privada, si van a enviar algo chequen los requisitos en la web o marquen y pregunten sus dudas (el tiempo de espera en la línea telefónica también es largo)
Many complain about going without being informed, this is not a private messaging service, if you are going to send something, check the requirements on the web or dial and ask your questions (the waiting time on the phone line is also long)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio y mas de la gerente, hice varios envios anteriormente y de un dia para otro me dicen que no pueden aceptar mi paquete, la gerente aplastó mi caja de manera grosera y con pesima actitud inventando excusas para no hacer mi envio, de las peores sucursales de hay.
Terrible service and more from the manager, I made several shipments previously and from one day to the next they tell me that they cannot accept my package, the manager crushed my box rudely and with a terrible attitude making excuses not to make my shipment, one of the worst branches of there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, jamás responden por teléfono ya que sus “ejecutivos SIEMPRE están ocupados” sin importar el día, horario o veces que llames. Solamente en una ocasión me respondieron y colgaron diciéndome que era el número equivocado, cuando en todas las ocasiones anteriores recibí el aviso de privacidad de Correos de México y es el número que aparece en TODAS las páginas oficiales.
Terrible service, they never answer by phone since their "executives are ALWAYS busy" regardless of the day, time or times you call. Only on one occasion did they answer me and hang up telling me that it was the wrong number, when on all previous occasions I received the privacy notice from Correos de México and it is the number that appears on ALL the official pages.
