★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. La señora que recibe a los clientes fue grocera, llegué faltando quince minutos para el cierre y no me quiso atender, me cerró la puerta en la cara. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
 Terrible service. The lady who receives customers was rude, I arrived fifteen minutes before closing time and she did not want to attend to me, she closed the door in my face. I do not recommend at all.

They make you train Thousands of times to tell you what is wrong in your package, they can tell you the first round, that someone explained to the lady who is there that apart from being slow rude

The attention is excellent. The building is very neglected, I had a very fond memory of this place in the 70s and 80s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO TIENEN LÍNEA TELEFÓNICA, dicen que llevan años sin ella. Tampoco tienen página de Internet. El paquete te lo guardan 10 días y si no vienes por él lo mandan de vuelta al destinatario. No hacen segundo intento de envío. MUY MALA LOGÍSTICA.
THEY DO NOT HAVE A TELEPHONE LINE, they say they have been without it for years. They also do not have an Internet page. The package is kept for 10 days and if you do not come for it they send it back to the recipient. They do not make a second attempt to send. VERY BAD LOGISTICS.

pero me parece un servicio pésimo y una mala, muy mala calidad de la atención al cliente.

El cartero no pudo dejarme el paquete y me dijeron que podía recogerlo ahí, pero no me lo entregaron.
La Sra. que me atendió no dió ninguna opción viable que pudiera resolver el problema.
Terrible service
The postman could not leave me the package and they told me that I could pick it up there, but they did not deliver it to me.
The lady who attended me did not give any viable option that could solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio la verdad, nunca he tenido problemas, si por algo el repartidor no me encontró en mi domicilio en los dos intentos de entrega, siempre lo tienen en la oficina :)
Good service the truth, I have never had problems, if for some reason the delivery man did not find me at my home in the two delivery attempts, they always have him in the office :)
