Aparte que los paquetes se tardan hasta un mes en llegar

De todos los paquetes que se supone me han llegado con ellos solo me han entregado 2, estoy perdiendo dinero y tiempo y nadie se hace responsable, ni siquiera sé toman la molestia de visitar el domicilio para la entrega, solo los dejan almacenados en la sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio ha mejorado un montón, hago envíos casi cada semana y recibo también, todos los que mando han llegado en como mínimo en una semana y máximo unas 3, la mejor atención en línea que tienen es por Twitter ahí como máximo te atienden en un día y te resuelven todas tus dudas.
Aunque el servicio puede ser lento es entendible por el precio, pero es seguro y eficiente.
Lo único como malo que podría tener es que la persona encargada de los apartados postales tarda mucho tiempo en acomodar los paquetes.
