Pero sus compañeros no contestan las llamadas, me tocó ver que nos atendió a varios y a todos de buena manera pero el teléfono suene y suene y una de sus compañeras en una llamada personal (porque se escuchaba desde la puerta). Me tarde poco más de media hora para que me entregaran mi paquete porque hasta el último me di cuenta que la que "busca" los paquetes es la que estaba en llamada con su abogado por asuntos personales. Que repito todos nos enteramos del asunto porque se escuchaba desde la puerta. The lady at the desk was very attentive. Hoy que fui a la oficina me dicen que la chica que tiene la llave del candado donde están los paquetes no fue a trabajar y que me diera una vuelta el lunes… pésimo servicio!!! (me ha toca ir a oficinas de aqui) -La persona de representación, no le gusta buscar los paquetes, dice que esta con mensajero aunque este ahí. Aparte que si le preguntas algo responde lo mínimo con un "no", "no sé". No hay buena atención al cliente. -Nunca me ha tocado que contesten el teléfono. -La página aún diga que esta con mensajero puede estar en las oficinas (Esto es mas con en general con Correos de México). -Los paquetes tardan semanas en llegar (Esto es mas con en general con Correos de México).
