Regresé al segundo día con la caja (que sí tenía las medidas mínimas porque hago envíos regularmente) y de cualquier forma no me lo quisieron recibir que porque era muy pequeño acorde a la señorita que ni se tomó la molestia de medir mi caja. Tuve que ir hasta la sucursal del centro para poder hacer mi envío. Qué mala experiencia, primera y última vez que asisto a esta sucursal. Consulté primero con una señorita que me atendió muy amable y que hizo una consulta sobre el envío en el que le dijeron que si se podían enviar paquetes de hasta 10 Kg, incluso que se podían enviar medicamentos. Resulta que unos minutos después llegó una señora mayor que al parecer es la jefa del lugar que obviando lo que me había dicho la señorita le indicó que ya no podía enviar enviar. Que triste que personas como estas decidan como se hacen o no las cosas. Sencillamente personas como esta señora no les importa como se deben hacer las cosas porque imponen su mala manera de trabajar y sus pensamientos retrógrados a la hora de trabajar. Para ir a recoger sobres o paquetes piden la INE y en original no basta con darles una copia... Además que se debe de solicitar por oficio... I	Itzel Romero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te ponen mil trabas para poder darte tu paquete, cuando fui literal rechazaron a personas de tercera edad por no traer sus documentos completos y ni si quiera les decían que faltaban.. te piden 46 pesos por caja y no te dan un ticket que justifique el pago pero si no lo haces no te dan tu paquete, buscan tu caja a regañadientes. Todo está desordenado y si tu no sabes el estado de tu paquete no tienen la atención de asesorarte. Ojalá corran al personal por que solo hacen más engorroso el proceso de recolección.
