Ya marqué por teléfono y sí dan buen servicio, pero se lavan las manos con los productos. Tendré que ir personalmente a quejarme.

Lo único malo es que el teléfono de este lugar ya no es el mismo y solo existe una línea a oficina central,pues antes atendían siempre cualquier duda telefónicamente,siempre amables y oportunos.Los carteros de esta oficina son los mas amables del mundo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El PEOR SERVICIO, nunca tienen cambio (aunque pagues con uno de $50), se MOLESTAN si llegas después de las 2 pm porque dicen se les cierra el sistema, aunque el horario dice que cierra a las 5:00 hrs, después de las 2:30 pm no atienden a nadie.

La señora que por lo regular está, primero termina de platicar y después te "atiende", en varias ocasiones ha tenido modos groseros cuando realizo el pago, ya que NUNCA tiene cambio, así este no sea de más de 50 pesos y me pide que vaya a cambiar de muy mala gana. En los últimos meses han tenido cerrado por periodos largos, yo consulté vía telefónica en Correos de México y me indicaron que no había motivos para que esa sucursal esté cerrada o reduzca su horario de atención, aún en semáforo rojo, debería estar operando de manera normal, pero no es así.
Bad service. The lady who usually is, first finishes talking and then "attends" to you, on several occasions she has had rude ways when I make the payment, since she NEVER has change, even if it is not more than 50 pesos and she asks me to go to change very reluctantly.
