No dejan mensajes en las casas cuando el cartero no te encuentra y terminan devolviendo el paquete y uno tiene que resolver ya que ellos mencionan que no tienen forma de comunicarse a México. Su Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad no sirve para nada. Pésimo, ni usen el servicio. The service is lousy.
