★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable, pero hay una tipa muy despota, que busca cualquier pretexto para rechazarte tus cajas para envío, incluso si la caja va bien, se recarga con todo su peso "para ver qué sea resistente", te trata como si te estuviera haciendo un favor.
The staff is very friendly, but there is a very despicable woman, who looks for any pretext to reject your boxes for shipping, even if the box goes well, she recharges herself with all her weight "to see what is resistant", she treats you as if you were was doing a favor.

Me encuentro fuera de la ciudad de puebla y quiero saber sobre mi paquete internacional que pedí a la lista de correos y no contestan ,

Friendly and attentive. They help you know the basics about shipping, how to pack, the process and how to track your package. Busy on weekdays, they close early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi caja ya lleva casi tres semanas es de mexpost me la tenían que haber entregado hace casi dos semanas y nada más no la mandan ni si quiera al centro de repartición de la ciénega, que caso tiene que pague un servicio que se supone es más caro por qué llega más rápido y NO ES VERDAD!!! , A demás de que mis dos cajas anteriores igual de hace un par de semanas antes tuve que ir igual por ellas hasta ciénega viviendo yo al Sur de la ciudad... Me hago tres hrs de ida y vuelta!!! Cuando me las tienen que traer a mi domicilio ... Luego marco y marco y FUERA DE SERVICIO SIEMPREEEE!!! Llevo añosss trabajando con correos de México y en verdad me están desepcionando mucho últimamente, tendre que cambiar de paquetería y noooo recomendarlos si siguen igual. Denme respuestas!!! A dónde me dirijo que si me atiendan o un número, por qué igual escribí al correo que dan en su página y nada!!!!
My box has been going for almost three weeks now, it is from mexpost, they should have delivered it to me almost two weeks ago and they just don't send it to the cienega distribution center, what if I have to pay for a service that is supposed to be more expensive why it arrives faster and it IS NOT TRUE !!! In addition to the fact that my two previous boxes, the same as a couple of weeks ago, I had to go through them all the way to the swamp, living in the south of the city ... I go there and back for three hours !!! When they have to bring them to my home ... Then I mark and mark and OUT OF SERVICE ALWAYS !!! I have been working with post offices in Mexico for years and they are really disappointing me a lot lately, I will have to change packages and noooo recommend them if they remain the same. Give me answers !!! Where do I go? If they answer me or a number, why did I write to the email that they give on their page and nothing !!!!
