★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención al cliente en la sucursal es malísima, las señoritas que se encuentran ahí son muy groseras. Cómo sugerencia sería adecuado que tuvieran más personal y/o capaciten mejor al que ya se encuentra ahí ya que es un servicio que ha tomado más importancia en esta pandemia.
The customer service at the branch is very bad, the ladies who are there are very rude. As a suggestion, it would be appropriate for them to have more personnel and / or better train those who are already there since it is a service that has become more important in this pandemic.

Terrible service, my package was not tracked properly, what's more, not even the workers know where they are standing, in addition to being rude and despotic towards the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los encargados ignoran a las personas que asisten, hasta que les da la gana, según porque están trabajando en "otras cosas", y pierdes mucho tiempo en lo que te atienden.
Es muy desesperante que sean tan "faltos de atención al publico"

El servicio en general es muy bueno, hago envíos internacionales y nunca se ha perdido o dañado ni un paquete o producto.
Quienes se quejan de las instalaciones se olvidan que no es una empresa de lujo.
Si quieren lujo, y trato "servicial" vayan a DHL, en correos las chicas hacen lo que pueden.
Entiendan NADIE sonríe ni está de buenas todo el día, la gente que presta servicio también son seres humanos.
