La intención es siempre obligar a que uno vaya físicamente a recoger el paquete a las oficinas del centro. Vergonzoso comportamiento por parte de todos los involucrados. Solo hacen perder el tiempo. Y para el colmo no sirve la línea telefónica que tienen.
