★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en San Luis Potosí nunca contestan teléfono y los correos los contestan muchos días después, cuando van a entregar los paquetes, los repartidores solo tocan 1 vez y se van, en ocasiones dejan aviso de que pasaron y en otras no dejan ni comprobante, tienes que estar investigando donde está tu paquete, el horario de atención que señalan ellos es de 8 a 3:30pm osea super poquito
 Terrible service in San Luis Potosí they never answer the phone and the emails answer them many days later, when they go to deliver the packages, the delivery men only knock once and leave, sometimes they leave notice that they have passed and in others they do not even leave a receipt, You have to be investigating where your package is, the opening hours that they indicate is from 8 to 3:30 pm I mean, super little

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible regresaron mi envío en unas condiciones fatales destruyendo la mitad de la mercancía y robaron 35% de la mercancía no recomiendo que usen correos de Mexico pésimo servicio.
Horrible they returned my shipment in fatal conditions destroying half of the merchandise and they stole 35% of the merchandise. I do not recommend that you use post office from Mexico, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy pésimo servicio ya tengo más de 10 días esperando mi paquete y nada, va uno a las oficinas y dicen no hay personal suficiente. Es la primera y última vez que me mandan un pedido a esta paquetería ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ las tres senoras que estan ahi, son unas incompetentes. Al llegar no te atienden, (estaban comiendo tacos), si se pide que te atiendan se molestan... Ya que por fin terminan de comer , checan tu guia... La mia me indicaca que el paquete ya estaba ahi, a lo cual una flaca inutil me dijo que estaba atras (en el mismo edificio) pero que se iba a tardar una semana mas, como sabia que era una inutil, me fui a la parte de atras y muy amablemente me atendio un joven de paqueteria, ellos en 5 minutos me entregaron el paquete (ellos solo bajan y abren la mercancia)... Como es posible que ellos hagan mejor el trabajo que las buenas para nada que tienen en caja...

Mine told me that the package was already there, at the Which a useless skinny woman told me that she was back (in the same building) but that it was going to take another week, as I knew it was useless, I went to the back and very kindly a young man from the parcel service, they in 5 minutes they delivered the package to me (they just go down and open the merchandise) ... How is it possible that they do the job better than the good-for-nothing they have in the box ...
