Sus empleados muy déspotas, se sienten los dueños, y te hablan como si fueras primeriza en el asunto de envíos
O recomendable esta sucursal deberían de ir a checar si forma de trabajo
Se supone que tu paquete debe ir muy seguro por cualquier cosa y ellos solo hacen pegar con prit la envoltura,
que seguridad dan?

Siempre chequen bien que sus paquetes tengan los sellos y que las cintas de seguridad no estén alteradas.
100 dólares por servicio exprés y seguro, aún así sacaron cosas de mi paquete y nunca llegaron a mi domicilio tuve que ir a buscar el paquete
Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy mala, la señora q atiende en ventanilla es muy prepotente y no da la información necesaria por lo que tuve q regresar en diversas ocasiones hasta q contacte vía telefónica a una señorita amable q me ayudó a recuperar un paquete (que esperaba desde hace tres meses) puesto q el cartero incompetente de nombre Guillermo Sandoval Meza ya iba a devolver al remitente sin haberlo pasado a ventanilla primero. La ubicación está insegura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un personal incompetente, mal capacitado para la atención de clientes, la verdad el municipio no se merece este tipo de trabajadores tan deshonestos, no puedes ir a buscar un paquete, porque la encargada de ventanilla nunca tiene sistema, muestra su cara de enojo y frustración, mal atención, mal servicio general, no pueden ni rastrear paquetes con seguimiento disponible.
Es mejor que en la medida de lo posible no te presentes, ya que una señora medio despercudida te pondrá su "jetota" a la hora de atender.
Pésimo servicio en las 5 veces que me tuve que presentar por algún paquete.
