★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabajan a la hora que quieren vas por tus paquetes temprano y te comentan que todavía no los registran como si uno tuviera el tiempo de estar llendo y viniendo por ellos tienen una página que te dice que ya esta en ventanilla pero ellos toda vía no la registra que se espere es muy malo el servicio por parte del person

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente es estresante este servicio, di seguimiento a mi envió, la página me arroja que ya esta en ruta con el cartero, y al final del día en la actualización del seguimiento dice que no fue entregado el paquete porque el destinatario nonestuv9 en el domicilio, cosa que es una total mentira ya que estuve ahí todo el día (es un negocio, así que siempre hay alguien) al siguiente día acudí a la oficina, me dijeron que el paquete lo tenía el cartero que tenía que esperar a que pasara a mi domicilio, pedí que lo contactaran y se negaron, argumentando que no tienen números telefónicos de ellos. Hoy al tercer día de estar mi paquete en la zona de entrega y al segundo de acudir nuevamente a oficina, me topó con que esta cerrado, mucho antes de la hora se supone cierran. Pésimo servicio en esta oficina. Sigo sin tener mi paquete

Mi compra, el producto me llegó en buen estado, la encargada de la sucursal me atendió lento pero bueno más que eso lo que me interesa es que mi compra llegué en buen estado, es confiable...
