Y de 8 a 3 es entrega de paquetería, para que lo tengan en cuenta, después de esa hora ya no te atienden. Lousy service from the ladies, with no way to communicate because they don't have a phone. A	Anilu Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Correos tiene buen servicio peor la falta de personal hace que sean más lenta las entregas, les recomiendo que ai aon personas desesperadas como yo poner en su paquete la dirección de la oficina de correos para que llegue ahí y ustedes vayan a recogerlo con su INE, también hay que tener en cuenta que sólo reciben paquetes una hora antes de cerrar que sería a las 3pm entre semana y 10 am los sábados Correos has a good service but the lack of staff makes deliveries slower, I recommend that even desperate people like me put the address of the post office on your package so that it arrives there and you go to pick it up with your INE, Also keep in mind that they only receive packages one hour before closing, which would be at 3pm on weekdays and 10am on Saturdays.
D	Devanny Miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustaría opinar diferentes, pero se que se tardan mucho, supogo porque están muy ocupados con todos los paquetes, y supogo que tiene poco personal, eso lo entiendo, pero deberian mejora eso, ya que veo que no es la primera vez que les pasa algo así, ay muchos comentarios negativos sobre el servicio y si es así es porque algo pasa, pero no se ve que traten de mejorar eso. D	Dulce Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi experiencia no he tenido inconvenientes con el servicio, soy recurrente usuaria del Servicio Postal y siempre voy a recoger mis Paquetes a la sucursal y sin problema me atienden super rapido solamente con el INE y el Número de Guía (confirmando que diga que ya este en la recepcion de la oficina postal). Quiero pensar que no hay suficiente personal para reparto a domicilio y que ademas el municipio de Escobedo es grande y por eso no se hacen las entregas por lo que si sugiero que de preferencia se vaya a recoger los Paquetes en la Sucursal asi se evitan la demora de mas del mes o que se retorne el paquete al remitente. In my experience I have had no problems with the service, I am a recurring user of the Postal Service and I always go to pick up my Packages at the branch and without any problem they attend me super fast only with the INE and the Guide Number (confirming that it says that this is already at the reception of the post office). La señora que está en el escritorio principal más adelante del mostrador, atiende bien (una idea de cómo es su carácter; el de una maestra medio regañona pero buena gente.) No tienen número de teléfono, así que a gastar en transporte para ir a recoger su paquete. ? No hay cartero para el área de Pedregal y más adelante (Alianza Real, Buena Vista, San Miguel, etc.) Hay personas que se unen como ayudantes en el caso del amigo Lució, que gracias a él mi paquete está conmigo (tuve que ir para verme con el en la oficina de correos jaja). Lucio si llegas a ver esto muchísimas gracias, de verdad estoy agradecido pensé que tardaría un mes en llegar. ? Llegué 15 minutos antes de las 4pm que es lo establecido del cierre; sin embargo la señora de la recepción ya no me quiso atender echando la culpa que ya se le cerrado el sistema desde a las 3 de la tarde. Mi sugerencia es que deben de respetar el horario tal cual como lo estable Correos de México. I had a very bitter experience.
