Incluso me llamaban cuando tenían algún paquete para mí, aunque no tenían obligación de llamarme lo hacían. De unos años para acá todo se vino abajo, la mayoría de la correspondencia ordinaria "la pierden". Hubo una ocasión en la que me andaban entregando un paquete que ni siquiera venía a mi nombre. Antes con Norma y don Cristóbal no nos ocurrían éstas situaciones. No solo a mi, a una amiga también ya le "perdieron" varios paquetes. Y se lavan las manos diciéndonos que deberíamos contratar un servicio de paga para rastrear los paquetes. Esa no es escusa, porque con otras paqueterías nos llegan los paquetes ordinarios sin problemas. I would give it 0 stars if I could, previously I received my correspondence without problems.
