It is not true that on Saturdays they close at 4:00 p.m. as the page reports. I arrived at 1:05 pm and the manager did not want to attend me because the sign says it closes at 1:00 pm.

They are lazy to deliver packages. They receive the boxes and take hours to make them available at the window. They don't like to work or do they get hundreds of boxes and envelopes to sort and it takes a long time? Incredible the terrible attention.

For our traditional mail system, it's not bad, but they could improve the organization of the parcel as well as the service and attitude of one or another manager. Since they rarely deliver large parcels to my house, I better go through them tracking through an app when I leave that is at the window; if it comes out that it is with the courier, they will only make you turn around in vain, because they are based only on what the system tells them, normally they are there, but they will not deliver them to you; before if they did (I imagine it depends on the mood of the person in charge) but if you make them look for them I suppose that delays them in their tasks and annoys them so that is why it is better to arrive before closing time since all the messengers arrive. It would be ideal if they answer calls and not only in this place.

Terrible service, it seems that you are doing them favors, and it takes too long to get the packages to Cozumel, everything stays in Cancun for months
