R	Roger Perez De La Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio tanto para dar información como para atender al cliente, las personas y generalizo porque ninguno pudo darme ninguna ayuda estoy esperando un paquete desde hace 12días, y no puedo creer que llegó más rápido de Cancún a Villahermosa (2 días) y de Villahermosa a Comalcalco lleva ya casi casi 10 días y en la página de seguimiento dice desde hace 7 días que está en camino, me imagino que lo traen a pie o algo así. Es la segunda vez que me pasa lo mismo y cuando ya marca que llegó voy y me dicen que lo regresaron porque nunca fui por el ? Primero se supone que cerraban a las 4 y cuando llego resulta que hay superpuesto en el horario que se cierra a las 2, al día siguente llego temprano y no estaba abierto, al parecer a alguien se le Olvidó la llave y tenían a mucha gente esperando afuera, cuando quise hacer un envío no me quisieron atender porque la señora que hace los Envíos tenia un "compromiso" y al parecer nadie, ni la supuesta jefa, saben hacer Envíos, por lo tanto perdí mi venta por su falta falta de profesionalismo y atención, ya que no es problema de nadie que la señora de los Envíos tenga "compromiso", siempre debe de haber alguien (suplente) que sepa hacer los Envíos, pero te ponen "peros" con tal de no hacer su trabajo como se debe. DEFINITIVAMENTE NO VUELVO A HACER UN ENVIO AQUÍ Y NO LE RECOMIENDO A NADIE MÁS CONFIAR EN ESTE SERVICIO. ES INCREÍBLEMENTE DEFICIENTE. I just had the Worst experience on this SITE. (please read). La información dice que cierran hasta las 4PM cuando en realidad cierran a las 12PM, el cartero no ha traído mi paquete a mi casa, es decir, en la guía no se encuentra el "entregado a repartidor para entrega" y el que cierren temprano dificulta que pueda ir yo misma por mi paquete.
