As they mention, they NEVER deliver the products, if you have # of guides you will have to go and ask at the branch as they NEVER update information online. In the case of not having a guide number, it is very likely that your product is stolen, it has happened to me in several cases that I never got anything from Ebay (luckily there they respect the refund). The office is a mess. It is a pity the service in general

Terrible service. Everything has to go to look for even Telmex receipts. If the mail is not registered even if it has little value, it is stolen. If the mail is registered it is also stolen, if it is of value. Pick up the phone to not answer, has a rude treatment. Nobody intends to help you. If your packages reach the minimum branch is 2 months of delivery to deliver them. They close early and they open late and all day they spend their time eating cochinita in the office.

Correos de Mexico, characteristically bad since its inception. Terrible attention, they tell you "wait" under the sun, while the one who attends finishes her chilaquiles.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Taking away the fact that Correos de México itself has a very inefficient system and my international packages take 15 days to arrive in Mexico and another 3 months, without exaggeration, to arrive at my house because of it, there is one thing I do not understand Every time I go to the branch, why does it bother me that what I am receiving is from an international shipment (From China). It is something that I have already been asked several times and every time I answer that, indeed it comes from Asia, it shows in their expressions and treatment that it is something that they dislike, and they end up giving a vague treatment, and they do not care about my time completely , taking as long as they feel like it. Another thing, if you arrive right there around 12:00 noon, just at the time they are eating, they no longer want to attend to you, it seems like a raffle to see who is closest and it is their turn to assist you, and anyway, With the lousy customer treatment they have. And finally, I doubt that this you see, but please, at the window where they serve to pick up merchandise, put another computer and make the window bigger, take too long to attend to only one person at a time. It's all from my side, as advice, if you are going to order something online, and need it fairly quickly, don't count on them.

I think the place is abandoned by the authorities. They have let the Mexican postal service die. The home delivery service does not exist, although it comes on the internet as "in the process of delivery by delivery man". Since in my case no one ever came to my home, nor did they leave any notification, for which I am completely sure that the service does not exist and perhaps there is an aviator who charges as a delivery person. Seeing the status on the internet that can already be picked up in the office, I went to it, but it is sad ... ???? I think it must be 50 years old without maintenance !!, It is decadent. Due to the pandemic, entry is restricted, so you have to wait outside to be treated, which is understandable. However, there is a sign that says that one must carry a pen, marker or ballpoint pen, to receive or fill packages, as well as scissors and tape !!! ... The truth is that this detracts even more from that postal service image from the year 1800 !! ! Fortunately, the lady who attended me understood that she did not have a pen to sign the receipt sheet for the package and she gave me hers. Seriously, Mexico deserves a service that is not first world, at least third world and not fifth class!

Worst service, terrible facilities, no one does their job and everyone seems to be doing you a favor every time you ask for something.

What a filty place, I have never seen such a confusing place, and the boxes are all in disray and they take forever to find your package. I had a package arrive on February 22nd and I was never informed from my mail carrier that my package arrived, so finally after complaining to Amazon that I had not received my order, I was then told it was in the post office so on March 6th I finally received my package. And the room that you pick up the packages is filled with cobwebs and in desperate need of paint

This needs to change, a change must be made its sickening that the government is tolerating all these complaints about the service they provide to the public. If they want a better response from the public a change must be made. The service from a scale of 1- 10 is 0, it sucks a lot and the probability that a order will be stoller is 90 percent
