A	Alejandro Ortega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que jamás he visto y con el que me ha tocado lidiar... si tu entrega es en calle privada o cerrada, olvídate de que te entreguen tu paquete, ni siquiera pueden mandarte un mensaje o llamarte para avisar, si vas por el paquete a oficina, debes de haber esperado dos entregas fallidas si no, no te lo entregan, debe ir la persona interesada únicamente... no te entregan aunque lleves su INE, si te llega un paquete internacional, olvídalo, es muy probable que no te llegue, sus agentes aduanales no sirven para nada y NUNCA te informan, aunque mandes correos o llames. Son un asco de servicio y las personas en "ventanilla" te tratan muy déspota. Para terminar... si llegas media hora antes de que cierren ya no te atienden porque "ya van a cerrar". Lamentable su actitud. Ojalá que este comentario sumado a todos los negativos que ya hay, tengo impacto y las autoridades correspondientes hagan algo al respecto. La señora que te atiende es súper grosera y despota, cualquier duda que tengas te la contesta con la peor cara que pueda. Fui a dejar una devolución y me dijo que como era con código de barras mi, si se le caía o se la quitaban, daba por perdido mi envío. Fui una segunda vez y no me quiso atender porque ya iba a cerrar a pesar de que faltaba media hora y no estaba haciendo nada más que platicar con los repartidores. No sé cómo pueden ofrecer un servicio tan malo, parece que la señora se esfuerza por darte la peor experiencia que pueda, en fin un asco, ojalá nadie tenga que ir a este centro en especial y si debes hacerlo, te compadezco. Después de un rato de insistir lo busco por el numero de rastreo en sus hojas y no tardó ni un minuto en darmelo, no les gusta su trabajo.
