★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal servicio, disque vinieron y no m encontrarón cuando yo todo el día estube en casa, hablé para pedir una explicación y me dijeron que ya no podían hacer nada que tenía que ir yo a recoger mi paquete porque ellos no tenían la culpa, cuando YO ESTUBE TODO EL DIA EN CASA Y NADIE VINO A MI DOMICILIO!!!!
 Super bad service, they called and they couldn't find me when I was at home all day, I spoke to ask for an explanation and they told me that they could no longer do anything that I had to go and pick up my package because they were not to blame, when I WAS AT HOME ALL DAY AND NOBODY CAME TO MY HOME !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general diría que está bien, si vas en la mañana no hay mucha gente, por qué después se junta mucha. Y lo malo es que muchas personas ahí mismo envuelven sus paquetes y eso hace que todo vaya más lento. Tienes que llevar tus paquetes abiertos para que los revisen, pero ya listos para cerrar, eso lo hace más rápido. Las señoras son amables, por ahora no he tenido incoveniente, solo que una vez lleve un paquete pequeño y me dijeron que para paquetes pequeños tenían un estándar de 9x15 cm, no se si sea verdad, pero mi caja estaba muy larga, entonces pues mejor la cambie. Y solo aceptan cajas y sobres.

And the bad thing is that many people wrap their packages right there and that slows everything down. You have to take your open packages to be reviewed, but already ready to close, that makes it faster. The ladies are kind, for now I have not had a problem, only once I carried a small package and they told me that for small packages they had a standard of 9x15 cm, I do not know if it is true, but my box was very long, then better I changed it. And they only accept boxes and envelopes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio lento, su sistema no sirve. Los paquetes siempre llegan pero de tres ventanilleras que hay solo la wera es ágil y amable. Por cierto no hay lugar de estacionamiento.
Slow service, your system is down. Packages always arrive but from three windows that there are only the wera is agile and friendly. By the way there is no parking place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca hicieron el segundo envío nunca me llamaron para salir de casa por mi paquete y lo regresaron por qué no estaba casa cuando no e salido en todo el día y tampoco responden a las llamadas ni a los correos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, solo me fueron a buscar una vez y todo el día estuve, nunca me llamaron para corroborar la dirección y ya pusieron mi paquete como "dirección incorrecta", no puedo ir por mi paquete y alguien más me hizo favor de ir y no atendieron que porque estaban desayunando!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un amigo me envió una cosa por este medió, estuvimos al tanto de cómo iba el paquete, todo iba bien hasta que salen que el paquete iba a ser enviado al remitente. Al otro día fuimos hasta la oficina y me dijieron que no habíamos dado la información bien, cosa que es mentira pq dimos el domicilio bien, la señora tenía formas muy mandonas y groseras ; al final si me entregaron el paquete pero no me gustó el trato y si no van a enviar las cosas a domicilio mejor díganlo.
