★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan años en mandar un paquete, lo retienen como si ni urgiera el recibirlo, llevó más de dos semanas esperando un envío,el cual me dijeron que estaría en mi casa en una semana y llamó y lo tienen en detención, no culpó a las señoritas que atienden, culpó a la gente que debería estar laborando con eficacia para que los envíos lleguen a tiempo. Porfavor capaciten

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardaron 2 meses en que el paquete llegara a la sucursal de mi localidad, ya cuando en la pagina aparecía que el paquete estaba con un mensajero, el paquete nunca llegó, llamé al servicio a clientes y tal parece que se perdió mi paquete y debo realizar un reclamo para que se haga una investigación, no recomiendo para nada este servicio de paqueteria
It took 2 months for the package to arrive at my local branch, and when the page showed that the package was with a courier, the package never arrived, I called customer service and it seems that my package was lost and I must carry out a claim for an investigation, I do not recommend this parcel service at all
