★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, parece que el personal no está capacitado para hacer su trabajo, nunca contestan los teléfonos, siempre dan largas para poder entregarte un paquete y sobre todo para rastrearlo.

Hace días que llego mi paquete a la sucursal, quise ir yo mismo a recogerlo y el encargado groseramente e incompetente me dijo que no tenía nada que hacer aquí porque mi paquete me lo entregaría el cartero, ya han pasado varios días y nomás no llega el paquete. Ojalá el gobierno municipal haga algo porque estos son unos incompetentes y dan un terrible servicio!
