F	Fiamma Rocher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Año y medio después sigo esperando que me paguen un paquete del cual ellos perdieron y fueron $600 pesos que iban dentro, la verdad mejor que hay que enviar por fedex u otra paquetería que no sean ta vale gorro, se justifican de que le hubiera pagado un seguro... todavía que lo pierden se ponen en ese plan, y una de las que atiende delgada y cabello corto le preguntas que cuál es el procedimiento porque supongo que no es lo primero que se pierde y dice que no sabe, cuando la llevo viendo como desde hace 6 años ahí en correos, pero no es que no sepa el proceso si no que le vale y ella con tal de trabajar para "gobierno" y fue a lo único que aspira en la vida pues no le interesa nada ni responder de forma altanera y grosera. y al final resulta que Yo soy la que debo ir a buscar razón de lo que ellos fueron irresponsables y se perdió un costal entero de paquetes, así de asqueroso es ese servicio como los gobiernos. Tres días consecutivos yendo a intentar recoger un paquete que supuestamente habían intentado dejar en mi domicilio, para que finalmente lo devolvieran. Pésimo. Si recibiste un aviso de esa sucursal debes acudir inmediatamente o te lo harán perdedizo. Me llegó el primer aviso lo mandaron el 8 de enero y hoy 22 dicen que ya lo retornaron por qué supuestamente ya tenía un mes en la bodega lo cual es falso, aquí demuestro que el aviso está fechado en 8 de enero, no existe un segundo aviso y no tiene un mes. Al que le dicen “jefe” es un tipo que se siente el dueño del mundo y siempre pone un millón de pretextos para recibir paquetes. Literal si le caes mal ya estuvo que jamás en tu vida te va a recibir un paquete porque pone de excusa hasta el que envíes en sobre con burbuja ?? Ponen mil excusas para atenderte y las soluciones son mínimas. Es mejor ir a la oficina de Condesa o cualquier otra. Da asco el servicio de esta oficina. Llegué en promedio a las 16:30 hrs, solo había una persona y no me quiso entregar mi paquete porque según ella las personas encargadas ya no se encontraban porque salen a las 16 hrs. y ella no podía hacer nada al respecto. Desgraciadamente se me complica ir durante su horario y leyendo los comentarios espero que no pase a mayores.
