Han perdido un paquete mío en una ocasión. HORRIBLE servicio, mejor gastar un poco más con otras compañías porque está al menos en Saltillo no lo vale. Nunca acepten envíos con guías que empiezan con la letra L, no les dan seguimiento y corren riesgo de que se “pierda” como el mío. I	Itzel Miranda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de entregas es tardado actualmente por la pandemia, a mi siempre me han entregado mis paquetes en tiempo y forma, los horarios que están manejando ahora son de 8:00 am a 14:45 de lunes a viernes y de 8:00 am a 10:30 am los sábados, yo recogí mi paquete no tardaron en encontrarlo y tampoco batalle para que me lo dieran la señorita de mostrador muy amable. Aunque en una ocasión me llego roto lo que venia dentro del paquete. G	Guadalupe Regalado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No contestan el telefono, al rastrear mi paquete marca que hicieron una visita a mi domicilio y nadie salio, cuando en el dia hora y fecha marcado no salí de mi casa por lo mismo, cheque mis camaras de seguridad y efectivamente el mensajero jamas llego a mi domicilio, ahora encuentro un anota que es la segunda visita y me dan como ultimo aviso en un papael, decido llamar a sucursal ( lo cual tuve que sacr de internet el telefono ya que en el ppael no biene ni direccion ni numero) para corroborar que mi paquete se encuentre ahí y ni siquieran contestan. Al haber dos oficinas a veces es necesario ir a la otra a recoger tu paquete, ya que no se específica en la página en línea. A diferencia de otras reseñas mi experiencia en el servicio no fue mala, lo único que no me agrado es q la fila fue larga y la atención entre persona y persona un poco lenta. The note left on fail delivery is nonsense. Unbelievably incompetent at every level with this company. I have waisted hours with them.
