Además muchas veces suben los costos respecto a las tarifas habituales y te atienden de mala gana. El único empleado de esta oficina con el que estoy satisfecho es el cartero. The service is normal. but the attention and agility to make a shipment leaves something to be desired. Not recommended. Pero en realidad me brindaron muy buena atención, tanto las 3 señoritas de Call Center como el amable señor que vino a entregar mi paquete. Muy buena atención, confiable. El paquete llegó en excelentes condiciones, completo y ningún mal en la caja. Gracias >< I have seen that they give low marks, and I was afraid that something like this would happen to me. Después hoy fui a recoger mi paquete en la sucursal de Ermita, en la reseña dice el horario de cierre, el cual es a las 5:30 y oh sorpresa!!! Cerrado a las 5: 06 que llegué. ?? Very bad service, they never came home to deliver the package and when I checked the tracking said they had come and it was not there, which is false. Later today I went to pick up my package at the Ermita branch, in the review it says the closing time, which is at 5:30 and oh surprise !!! Closed at 5:06 when I arrived. ??
K	Kim Matsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fíjense bien cómo les cobran porque la señora que atiende siempre tapa todos los precios del ticket con el sello o poniendo el nombre y solo deja libre lo que pagaste pero no el total ni el cambio ???, otra cosa que está muy mal son las entregas, el mensajero según vino una sola vez a mi casa (cosa que no es cierto) y devolvió mi paquete >:( Take a good look at how they charge you because the lady who attends always covers all the prices of the ticket with the stamp or putting the name and only leaves what you paid free but not the total or the change ???, another thing that is very bad are the deliveries, the courier came only once to my house (which is not true) and returned my package >:(

Me dió un número para llamar y no diera otra vuelta en vano al día siguiente. The person who attended me was very kind, even though they already had the curtain almost down ready to close, they did not have a package even though the page already said that I could pick it up.
