★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de telefonía es pésimo creo que no les alcanza para un buen teléfono xq al llamar no se escucha nada bien y si deseas hablar con el operador jamas te atiende... mi opinión muy mal servicio y ademas cuando vas por un envió no se dignan en buscarlo y dicen que no ha llegado pero la incompetencia del personal es exagerada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio nunca contestan las llamadas pague para que me mandaran un paquete en 8 días y ya lleva un mes e tratado de marcar y no contestan tambien me dieron un numero para rastrear el paquete pero dise que no sirve Si pudiera le diera 0 estrellas.
Terrible service, they never answer the calls, pay to send me a package in 8 days and it has been a month and I tried to dial and they do not answer, they also gave me a number to track the package but I said it is not useful If I could give it 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio fuy a registrar un paquete aqui en la oficina de Jacala de Ledezma Hgo. El dia 21 de Noviembre del 2017 se supone que saldria el 27 de noviembre hacia Nuevo Leon la señorita encargada me dijo que en 5 dias estaria en la direccion que le proporcione. Pues resulta que el destinatario llama a correos y le dicen que el paquete no llegaria hasta el dia 27 de Diciembre del mismo año mucho mas tiempo del que se suponia yo creo van en carreta o no se que susede.Aparte pidio que le proporcionaran las tarifas el paquete tenia un tamaño de 30x30x30 con un peso no mayor de 2 kg por lo que le dijeron que el costo por envio seria no mayor a $200.00 y yo pague casi $600.00 y en servicio al cliente disen que ese precio es demaciado que nisiquiera el servicio express se cobra tanto bueno yo solo dejo esto por aqui para que no les agan tranza
Pesimo service was to register a package here in the office of Jacala de Ledezma Hgo. On November 21, 2017 it was supposed to leave on November 27 to Nuevo Leon the lady in charge told me that in 5 days I would be at the address provided.
